We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent verbal skills and the ability to handle many responsibilities at once to be our orthodontic treatment coordinator. If you like making people smile we’d love to meet you! You will be our new patients’ concierge to welcome them to our practice and guide them through their initial office procedures. This will include presentation of proposed treatment, the fees associated with treatment and follow-up techniques as required. Previous orthodontic experience is helpful but not required. Essential qualifications are:

• Excellent customer service orientation
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Can-do attitude and a great work ethic
• A team player who can work towards group consensus
• Continuous and quick learner
• Very knowledgeable about computers
• Experience with computer record-keeping software

Exceptional candidates will also have:

• Experience with orthodontic procedures and treatment plans
• Sales or promotional experience
• Experience with dental and orthodontic insurance billing
• Knowledge of digital x-rays and photos
• Dental or orthodontic assisting or administrative experience

Pay and Benefits

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience) + bonuses. This is a full-time position.

smile we would love to meet you!

You will work clinically to shepherd our patients through orthodontic treatment. We are a busy
office, with lots of patients wearing braces, Invisalign, and other appliances. This will include
taking records such as photos, x-rays, and video scans of the teeth, as well as placing braces,
changing wires, and monitoring Invisalign clear aligner treatment among other responsibilities.
